This policy applies to orders delivered within Belgium. By placing an order on ramonvaly.shop, these shipping terms apply. It explains costs, processing times, delivery methods, tracking, and what to do if something goes wrong.
Shipping costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight/volume, and selected service. Any free‑shipping offers or thresholds will be displayed at checkout.
Processing, cut‑off, and transit times
- Order cut‑off: +01:00 (6:00 PM) Central European Time (Madrid) on business days (Mon–Fri).
- Handling time: 1–3 business day(s).
- Transit time (Spain): generally 7–12 business days for standard services. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak periods.
Delivery methods
- Carriers: Orders ship via leading carriers such as bpost, UPS, DHL, or FedEx. The carrier shown at checkout or in the tracking email may vary by order.
- Options: Home delivery and, where available, delivery to pickup points/lockers or click‑and‑collect (if offered). Availability depends on destination and service selected at checkout.
Change of address
- Before dispatch: Contact support within 24 hours of placing the order to request an address change.
- After dispatch: The delivery address cannot be changed once the order is in transit. If the carrier offers a redirect option, use it; otherwise, wait for the package to return and follow the returns process.
Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once dispatched, please follow the Refund & Returns Policy to return the order.
Parcels damaged in transit or missing
- If damage is visible at delivery, refuse the parcel and notify support.
- If delivered without signature and the parcel appears damaged or missing items, contact support promptly with photos of the packaging and item(s).
- If tracking shows no movement for several days past the estimate, contact support for a trace or replacement options.
Manufacturer Direct shipping
- Method: Standard economy ground services; the specific carrier may vary by manufacturer.
- Processing: Typically 1–2 business days; occasional delays may occur.
- Transit: Usually 1–5 business days depending on origin and destination.
- Tracking: Emailed once the order is dispatched.
- Communication: In case of unexpected delays, updates will be provided. For questions, contact support.
International orders
- Duties and taxes: International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and fees required by their country.
- Delivery times: International transit times and customs clearance vary by destination and are outside our control.
- Restrictions: Some products or destinations may be unavailable due to carrier or customs regulations.
Tracking
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking details is sent when the order ships. Tracking events may take up to 24 hours to appear. For any tracking issues, contact support.
Undeliverable or returned packages
- If a package is returned as undeliverable (incorrect address, unclaimed, etc.), a refund will be issued minus original shipping costs after the parcel is received back. Re‑shipments may require a new shipping fee.
