Refund and Returns Policy

By placing an order on mangohomeclothing.com, these Refund & Returns terms apply. They explain how to start a return or exchange, timelines, eligibility, and refunds. Policies apply to orders delivered within Belgium.

14-day return window

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days from the day the order is delivered.
  • Items must be in original condition: unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
  • Final sale: Items marked “Final Sale,” including Manufacturer Direct items, are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to start a return

  • Contact: Email support@mangohomeclothing.com or call +34 646 05 83 91 within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization.
  • Approval & label: If approved, return instructions and a return shipping label will be provided. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
  • Return shipping costs: For change‑of‑mind/size returns, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund unless otherwise stated in your return approval. For defective/incorrect items, return shipping is covered.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

  • Inspect upon delivery and report issues promptly (ideally within 7 days) with photos and the order number.
  • Eligible resolutions include replacement, exchange, or refund; return shipping for these cases is covered.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for damaged/defective items or for size/color changes when stock allows.
  • If a direct exchange isn’t available, place a new order and return the original for a refund per this policy.

Refunds

  • Inspection: Refunds are processed after the return is received and inspected.
  • Method: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
  • Timing: Banks and payment providers may take several business days to post the refund after it’s issued.
  • Non‑refundable: Original shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Return packaging and responsibility

  • Pack items securely (ideally in original packaging) and include any accessories/manuals.
  • Use the provided label and retain the drop‑off receipt until the refund is completed.

Notable exclusions

  • Final Sale and Manufacturer Direct items (as marked on the product page or at checkout).
  • Items not in original condition (worn, washed, damaged, or missing tags/packaging).
  • Returns requested after the 14‑day window from delivery.

Unused discounts and promotions

  • Discounts must be applied during checkout. Refunds for missed/unused discount codes after purchase aren’t provided.

Order cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled or edited before shipment by contacting support with the order number. After shipment, follow the return process.
